Farouk Sodagar Darvesh Group (FSD Group) was formed in 1909 by Late Miya Ahmed Suleman Darvesh the first of several key Timber businessmen in India. His vision led the company to rapidly grow and become a leader in the Timber business. Today the group employees over 1,200 people and operates at more than 10 locations in India, with associates and partners all around the world.

Our core business involves Timber, Plywood, Panel, Steel, Building, Construction, and Infrastructure materials. We are vertically integrated in every product we deal in, be it manufacturing in house, buying plantations, leasing and logging of plantations & forests, financing manufacturers, contract manufacturing, or sourcing products directly from the origin of goods.
